The OSSYNTHS Shadow Sound system works with little stationary loudspeakers under the diorama or eventually hidden in the landscape.

Sensors in the track perceive the position of the trains and a system of faders and amplifiers creates a sound that seems to come from the train.

An extra subwoofer plays the very low frequencies especially needed for a good quality diesel sound.

The system consists of two units, a soundsystem (the Feeder) and a system that sends the sounds to the appropriate loudspeaker (the Distributor).
